A one-day-old baby was stolen u from Tororo General Hospital on January 29, 2026, exposing glaring security loopholes in the facility. The suspect, posing as a caretaker, sneaked into the maternity ward and disappeared with the newborn while the actual caretaker was out fetchuing a bodaboda as the unknown suspect is on the ran with the infant.
