TORORO SCHOOL GETS SH1B BOOST FROM UK-BASED PHILANTHROPISTS

Agururu Primary School in Tororo has received a life-changing grant of Sh1 billion from the Bill family of the United Kingdom, thanks to Hope 4 Kids International. This remarkable donation has brought immense joy to the school community, and it's a testament to the power of kindness and generosity.

The grant has enabled the construction of modern facilities, including 30,000-liter water tanks, modern toilets for learners with disabilities, and solar-powered water systems. Water has been connected to the institution, with drinking points in front of every class. The school has also benefited from modern facilities, including incinerators, warm water heaters, and two sets of modern waterborne toilets, especially for the girl child.

"This is a wonderful gift to our school, and we are grateful for the improved facilities that will enhance the learning environment," said Teddy Makola, the Principal Education Officer at Tororo Municipality. "The support from Hope 4 Kids International is a beacon of hope for our students, and we're thrilled to see the impact it will have on their lives."

Hillary Malo, one of the directors at Hope for Kids, thanked the donors and asked the beneficiaries to pray for them. "We're humbled by the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of these students," he said. "We're committed to continuing our support for the school and the community."

Akola Immaculate, the headteacher, received the facilities with joy and committed to proper use and maintenance. "We're thrilled to have these modern facilities, and we're grateful to Hope 4 Kids International and the Bill family for their generosity," she said.

The Executive Director of Hope 4 Kids Uganda, Pastor Steven Omunamuna, commended the donors and committed to continued support from the organization. "We're grateful for the opportunity to partner with the Bill family and make a difference in the lives of these students," he said. "We pray that God blesses the donors beyond their expectations and continues to inspire others to make a positive impact in their communities."
