Suwa Investments Launches Squatting Toilet Promotion, Unveils New Smart Plumbing Curriculum.

Suwa Investments Ltd has launched a Squatting Toilet promotion in Mbale City, offering a full set of accessories at only Shs 210,000. The company has urged engineers and plumbers to choose its plumbing products, citing their reliability, affordability, and dependable quality.

The company has also introduced a new Smart Plumbing Curriculum (Smart Toilets) and showcased a variety of Dayliff dependable products, including water pumps, engine pumps, solar solutions, water treatment systems, irrigation accessories, general machinery, borehole and well pumps, wastewater pumps, domestic pumps, swimming pool equipment, and chemicals, among others.

The revelation was made on 27th November 2025 during the company’s Engineer's Networking Dinner held at Mbale Resort Hotel.

The Director of Suwa Investments, Mr. Steven Wambede, expressed gratitude for the big turnout and for the continued support the company has received from Engineers since its inception. 

He also announced special discounts on PPR pipes and fittings, PVC pipes, gutters, fittings, and fascia boards.

“The engineers have every reason to trust Suwa products because they are reliable, affordable, and of dependable quality. We never run out of stock since we are the Eastern Region suppliers of many products,” Wambede said.

He further urged engineers in the region to unite and work together to achieve their goals. Let’s create a platform to bring engineers together. If we work as consultants, we can exchange knowledge. 

Mrs. Susan Wambede, Co-director of Suwa Investments Ltd, encouraged engineers to be trustworthy and avoid overcharging their clients.

She noted that when a product costs Shs 210,000, some engineers double the price, which affects the company’s reputation. “Please, engineers, earn something small and remain trusted,” she appealed.

Eng. Rajab Namakhola appreciated Suwa Investments for organizing the event and for their efforts to bring engineers together. 

He revealed that they're to officially write to the company to encourage them to continue hosting such gatherings to enhance product knowledge among engineers.

Namakhola also urged engineers to identify themselves and ensure they are registered professionals to improve their credibility and the quality of their work.
